OFFICE PICK & DROP

Terms and Conditions for Staff Transport Commuters:

1. Working days will be office day for a month considering Government holiday off.
2. As this service is shared ride basis, every passenger should be respectful to each other.
3. Starting Time (Morning): upon discussion
4. Departure Time (Evening): upon discussion
5. Fuel Cost (CNG/Octane/Mobil): Total fuel cost included with this package
6. Driver cost included with this package
7. Free: Air freshener & Tissue box
8. No other hidden cost.
9. We cannot provide the car during the time of political strike and Natural disaster.
10. Payment will not be affected or reduced for political strike and Natural disaster. It will remain same.
11. Payment Method: All Payment must be cleared between 7th days of the running month through cash, cheque or Pay order or bank draft in favor of ALISHA TRANSPORT SERVICES
12. Security Deposit: upon discussion
13. This rate is excluding all local VAT and Taxes
14. Cancelation Notice Period: One month.
15. Security deposit will be returned if someone cancel the subscription at least one month notice.
16. No insurance coverage for the passengers
17. Road tax, fitness renew, maintenance or any kind of repairing cost will be beard by CAR owner.
18. This car will be driven by Alisha Transport Services designated driver.
19. This vehicle will be parked at office time in Renter Company’s designated parking area. This vehicle will be parked at night Alisha Transport Services designated ihm website parking area
20. The CAR will carry only the Passengers & their Luggage and will not carry any Contraband Items, heavy materials or Oily/Dirty things.
21. If any illegal goods are found in passenger’s luggage’s then Alisha Transport Services, this car and owner of this car will not be responsible. Only those passenger has to take all liabilities.
