SCHOOL PICK & DROP

Terms and Conditions for School Transport Commuters:

1. Working days will be school open day for a month considering School holiday off.
2. As this service is shared ride basis, every students should be respectful to each other.
3. Starting Time: upon discussion as school timing
4. Departure Time: upon discussion as school timing
5. Fuel Cost (CNG/Octane/Mobil): Total fuel cost included with this package
6. Driver cost included with this package
7. Free: Air freshener & Tissue box
8. No other hidden cost.
9. We cannot provide the car during the time of political strike and Natural disaster.
10. Payment will not be affected or reduced for political strike and Natural disaster. It will remain same.
11. Payment Method: All Payment must be cleared between 7th days of the running month through cash, or Bkash or Rocket
12. Security Deposit: upon discussion 
13. This rate is excluding all local VAT and Taxes
14. Cancelation Notice Period: One month.
15. Security deposit will be returned if someone cancel the subscription at least one month notice.
16. No insurance coverage for the passengers 
17. The CAR will carry only the students & their luggage and will not carry any contraband Items, heavy materials or Oily/Dirty things.
18. If any illegal goods are found in student’s luggage’s then Alisha Transport Services, this car and owner of this car will not be responsible. Only those student has to take all liabilities.
19. Students using School transport are expected to be on the bus/van stop at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus
20. No student will come near the door of the bus/van until it has come to a complete stop
21. Students must be seated immediately after boarding the vehicle
22. While the vehicle is moving, a student must not move around in the vehicle and no part of his/her body should be outside
23. Unruly behavior like shrieking and shouting is strictly prohibited. Courteous behavior is expected all the time
24. Students will be held responsible for any damage to the vehicles caused by their negligence or misbehavior
25. The Driver’s attention must not be distracted until it is an emergency. Students must follow the instructions of the staff available in the vehicle
26. Students should not throw any litter/peels/wrappers etc. out of the vehicle.
27. Use of abusive language is strictly prohibited at all the time
28. Parents are not permitted to travel in the school transport even if they have to come to the school at same time for any reason
29. Commuters/Guardians cannot shout and quarrel or misbehave with the staff or drivers. Any issue should be inform our management.

Note: Package price will be fixed both party discussion and school to home route wise.
